Refund Policy


Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you deal with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our customer service to solve this issue. The following general returns policy is applicable to all services and product sold on


1)In general, digital services (health advises, consultation, counselling, diet advises) are not eligible for any kind of refunds if the service is fulfilled with in the assured time period.

Refunds are allowed or processed for following circumstances.

  • Your service request not yet fulfilled and max time period of 12-hrs is over after the payment for order.
  • All the orders which are not fulfilled will be refunded by us without any requests from clients.
  • Wrong order placed by client, and Immediately contacted support desk before processing the service request. Also the client have to bear the refund charges if any by our gateway.

2) In General, Medicines, Natural Supplements which requires physical shipping will be eligible for refunds under following conditions:

  1. Received Wrong Product (Different from billed product).
  2. If there is any kind of quality compromise on the product. (The refunds are approved by our internal team after verifying the details and proofs from the client. The final decisions are taken by our team and we assure you a fair solutions on valid complaints. Ultimately we have the rights to reject invalid claims).
  3. Out of stock after placing the order.
  4. Refunds will be eligible if the order is cancelled before shipping.
  5. Refunds Includes the shipping charges paid by client (if the cause of refund is due to our error).
  6. Returned Items (medicines.supplements) will not be accepted for any refunds.
